To order uniforms and other supplies please complete these steps as follows:

Step 1. Complete the order form: USV Order Form

Step 2. Once the order form is complete you will then send the form to the NHQ J8 either by mail or email:

Step 3. The J8 will finalize the order form. (If the order form is incomplete, it will take longer to process.)

Step 4. Once processing is finished you will receive an email on how much your order and shipping fees will be.

Step 5. Once you receive an invoice for your order you will then send a money order/cashier’s check to the NHQ J8 with the following information:
